Kano state police chief Mohammad Usani Gummel said the agency would organize a football match between his team and other converts to confirm the truth of their conversions.
The Commissioner stated this while presenting the 108 people arrested for various crimes during the last Allah’s Day.
“We’ll bring in different ways to make sure these different people change their lives and become good people. We’ll even organize sports games with them. We’ll play football,” he said.
“We will now turn our attention to the emerging mob (daba) activities, especially in the capital, Kano,” the commissioner said.
CP Mohammad added that they have developed operational strategies and effective intelligence gathering methods to deal with various types of crimes taking place in and around Kano State.
