Change of Information: Sale of Forfeited Assets
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) refers the public to its publication on the sale of forfeited assets dated Thursday, May 25, 2023 and hereby makes the following changes to the deadline for submission of bids and the date of opening of bids:
The new submission and bid opening deadlines are as follows:
Submit a bid
I. Bids for properties in Lot 1-7 must be sealed and submitted to the designated letter box located at the following address:
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Lot 301/302 Institutional and Research Area, Jabi-Abuja.
2. The deadline for submission of all bids is Monday, July 10, 2023 at 12:00 noon.

I. Batch bidding will open on Monday 10th July 2023 at 2pm.
2. Bidding for Lot 2 and Lot 3 will open on Tuesday 11 July 2023 at 10am.
3. Bidding for Lot 4 and Lot 5 will open on Wednesday 12 July 2023 at 10am.
4. Bidding for Lot 6 and Lot 7 will open on Thursday 13 July 2023 at 10am.
v. All bids will be opened at the National Open University of Nigeria conference venue opposite the Economic and Financial Crime Headquarters, Abujabi.
6. All bidders and/or their representatives are welcome to attend the opening of bids. The highest bid for each property will be the winner, provided the highest bid is at or above the reserve price. Results will be announced immediately after the exercise.
7. In the event of parity at the time of bid opening or the absence of any bids meeting or exceeding the reserve price, bidders will be required to submit new bids at the time of bid opening. The results of new bid submissions will be announced at the time of bid opening.
The general public is now invited to give guidance.
