The new Emir of Kwarun Katsina and His Highness the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmuminu Kabir Usman appointed today Saturday, Alhaji Mu’awiyya Ahmed, expressed his happiness based on this honor given to him by His Majesty for appointing him the Kingdom he inherited.

Alhaji Mu’awiyya Ahmed, Emir of Kwarun Katsina, said this at his home in Fatima Shema complex in Katsina town, shortly after completing his appointment, this Saturday with the media.

The new Emir of Kwarun Katsina, Alhaji Mu’awiyya Ahmed, added that I am especially grateful to my father, Alhaji Abdulmuminu Kabir Usman who promoted me and brought out the Kingdom of our house and gave it to me this Saturday. I wish him and his descendants the best, may God increase his dignity.

Alhaji Mu’awiyya Ahmed, continued that the first Emir of Kwarun Katsina, Malam Musa, was appointed by the Emir of Katsina Muhammadu Dikko in 1887. assure me of her. The kingdom is God’s reserve, many of my ancestors did not do it, God chose me and gave it to me. By the grace of God, I will continue to help the people of Katsina state, especially the poor people, the tradition says to help the community.
