ORIENTATION SPEECH BY COMR. AMINU LAWAL BAWASA GWARJO ( CONVENER AND SPONSOR OF THE PROGRAM) DEDICATED TO KATSINA STATE STUDENTS’ STUDYING IN FEDERAL UNIVERSITY DUTSIN-MA KATSINA STATE.

1. Assalamualaikum, Bissimillahi RAHMANU RAHEEM.
2. We thanked Almighty for the gift of life which may not necessarily be on merit alone but for the blessings, mercies and love the Almighty has bestowed upon us.
3. I thanks all the invited guests members of the press, fellow colleagues Students’, the students’ leaders, sincere comrades, neighboring state students’ from other state across the Nation and all invitees which time could not permit me to call, I say a very good thanks for coming despite your busy schedules.
4. There are much to be thankful for the giant strides of the University’s leadership of Federal University Dutsin-ma led administration of Prof. Armaya’u Hamisu Bichi (Vice Chancellor) has worth our positive comments for the unflinching supports, hard work determination, efforts, guidance and sacrifice to make sure things has opt to be great and at their very best for the students’ of this fountain of knowledge (FUDMA). We appreciate your commitment and kind hearts.

With likes of the current leadership styles of Prof. Armaya’u Hamisu Bichi (Vice Chancellor FUDMA), it’s crystal clear and obvious even to the blind to see how great FUDMA would be in the next Four years to comes with gentle and focus orientation strong desire, zeal, courage perfection, experience and determination been put in place, the University is it’s greatness.

The sufficient manpower effective resources management, the good numbers of quantitative and professional staffs, gallant security personnel and the way and manner students’ welfare is been handled are all part of the success machineries, FUDMA (as often abbreviated) we students’ are one of the luckiest and happiest students’ in a Nigerian University.

5. Furthermore, on behalf of the entire of Katsina state students’ (home and diaspora). I felt very delighted and honored to use this golden opportunity and extend our appreciation and thanks to Katsina state government in its ability to pay outstanding scholarship funds, verification of some continue students’ and screening of fresh students’, at this critical condition time of economic, crisis and midst of security challenge and other entitlement. This uncommon favor is very rare and standout to very important and paramount to our lives.

We appreciate His Excellency Rt. Hon (Dr.) Aminu Bello Masari’s led administration foresight, vision, generosity and efforts by making such payments and ability to recorded the above achievement he is a true progressive.

6. However, I must not conclude without commenting the positive impact of NAKATSS NATIONAL BODY under the leadership of our amiable comrade, friend, brother, colleague in struggle and epitome of knowledge, radical, reformer academicians per excellent Comr. Aliyu Usman AMD (NAKATSS NATIONAL PRESIDENT) your unflinching efforts, guidance, close monitoring, financial support and giant strive from you side where dully acknowledge recognized and appreciated, thank you Mr. President more wins.
7. On behalf of self as a (convener also sponsor) of this orientation to Katsina state students’ 100 level and teamwork who have managed to devote their time, energy and resources towards the success of this orientation we thank Almighty Allah for a dream come true, the gift of life, wisdom and ability to withstand the difficulties and challenge while serving at the transition capacity.

8. On other hand, I equally want to appeal to our colleagues (students’) to comply with does and don’t of the University and stay away from any act social vices such as: violence, cultism, drug abuse, thugs and exams malpractice be good ambassadors in the University and in our community at large.
9. Lastly we are praying may Allah (SWA) protect our dear University and Katsina state from all kind of oppressions and grant us peace and unity within the state and the Nation at large.
